quash

entire

proceedings

in

SPL.C.C.No.471/2019 and Section 403, 406, 409, 419, 420,

465, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of IPC, and Section 9 of

Karnataka Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial

Establishment Act, 2004, which is pending on the file of

Principal City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru.

This petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court

made the following:

ORDER

1.

Heard Sri Syed Qualeelulla Quadri, learned Counsel for

the petitioner who has appeared through video conference.

However, learned HCGP is present before the Court

physically.

2.

After arguing the matter and in the midst of the

dictation, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner be permitted to withdraw the petition.

3.

The submission of the learned Counsel for the

petitioner is placed on record. Petition is dismissed as

withdrawn. Consequently, IA-1/2019 also does not survive

for consideration and the same is also dismissed.

4.

In the meanwhile, learned Counsel for the petitioner is

directed to file a memo in that regard for the purpose of

reference.
