The petitioner has filed this writ petition
seeking for a mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 and 3
to consider the representation dated 01.09.2021 vide
Annexures 'F' & 'G'.

time is granted to respondent Nos.2 and 3, they would
consider
the
representation
dated
01.09.2021
vide
Annexures 'F' & 'G' and pass appropriate order in
accordance with law.

directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the
representation dated 14.10.2019 vide Annexures 'F' & 'G'
and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a
period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy
