ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of

Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of O.S.No.8/2020

filed by the respondent herein seeking restitution of

conjugal rights. The matter is stated to be pending on the

file of the I-Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gadag

and the petitioner-Smt.Shahista W/o. Mohammadrafi

Ballary is residing at Belgaum and she has to come all

along from Belagavi to Gadag to attend the Court

proceedings, which is causing hardship to her.

Considering the stage and status of the case and

joblessness of the petitioner, it appears just and proper to

order for transfer of the case. Hence, the following:

ORDER

The petition is allowed.

Accordingly, O.S.No.8/2020 pending on the file of

the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gadag is transferred to

the Family Court, Belagavi.
