This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of

the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to quash the

C.C.No.1346/2016 by the Nazarbad Police, Mysore for the

offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 r/w

Sec. 34 of IPC pending on the file of II-Addl. Civil Judge

(Jr. Dn., ) and JMFC Court, Mysore.

This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders, this

day, the court made the following:

O R D E R

Sri Girish B.Baladare, learned counsel for the

petitioner is present before the Court physically and

seeking some short accommodation for removal of office

objections as raised in this matter. Even though

opportunity has been given, but second time this matter

has been slated for not curing the defects under the curial

law.

Learned HCGP for respondent 3 State is present

before the Court physically.

In the meanwhile of giving dictation, counsel for the

petitioner files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition.

The memo is placed on record. Consequently, the

petition is dismissed as withdrawn. But liberty has been

reserved and it is in accordance with the provisions of

Code of Criminal Procedure.

Upon dismissal of the main petition, I.A.1/2019

does not survive for consideration. Consequently, the

same stands rejected.
