This WPHC is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the
Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of habeas corpus or
any other appropriate order as the case may be directing the
respondent herein to trace out Sri Pradeep G S/o G Surendra
who is the husband of the petitioner and produce him before this
Court and to take action against such persons; and etc.
This Petition coming on for Orders this day, SREENIVAS
HARISH KUMAR, J., passed the following:
O R D E R
The learned Additional Advocate General files a memo
stating that as per orders of this Court dated 26th February,
2021, the Investigating Officer has handed over all the case
papers to the Corps of Detectives, Bengaluru. Copy of the
memo is served on the petitioner9s counsel. It is also submitted
that a private complaint has also been lodged. In view of this,
we do not think there remains anything to proceed further.
