This Criminal petition is filed under Section 438 of
Cr.P.C., praying to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the
event of their arrest in the complaint anticipated to be
given by the 1st petitioner9s wife Smt.Sowmay.G.,

r/w Sections 3 and 4 of D.P.Act.
These Criminal petitions coming on for Orders,
this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R
Criminal petition Nos.2127/2021 and 2118/2021
are filed by petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 under
Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for granting them anticipatory
bail in the event of their arrest in any case to be
registered on the complaint of Smt.G.Sowmya, who is
the wife of petitioner No.1 and daughter-in-law of
petitioner Nos.2 and 3.

Heard the arguments of learned counsel for
the petitioners and the learned High Court Government
Pleader for the respondent-State.

The case of the petitioners is that petitioner
No.1 had married to one Smt.Sowmya on 21.11.2019
at Krishna Convention Hall, T.Dasarahalli, Tumakuru

Road, Bengaluru and after the marriage, they lived
together
in
the
house
of
petitioners9
at
Sri
Gandhanagar, Bengaluru within the jurisdiction of
Ulsoor Police Station. The wife of the petitioner No.1
started troubling the family and demanding her
husband who is the petitioner No.1 to arrange for a
separate house for herself and petitioner No.1.
Thereafter, Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 have advised the
petitioner No.1 to set up a separate rented house in
Rammurthy Nagar, Bengaluru. Even then, she started
quarreling with petitioner No.1 and she also avoided to
allow the petitioners No.2 and 3 to visit their house and
threatened petitioner No.1 of giving false complaint to
the Police against him and his parents and put them
behind the bars. Smt. Sowmya left the house and the
petitioners are apprehended their arrest on the
offences alleged, by respondent-Police.
