The present petition has been filed by the

complainant under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this

Court to quash the impugned order dated 29.01.2016

passed on interlocutory application filed under Section

451 read with Section 457 of Cr.P.C., to defreeze the

Savings Bank Account No.54033691293 of respondent

No.1 in the State Bank of Mysore, Anandapura Branch,

Sagar Taluk, Shivamogga District.
