ORAL ORDER
In this petition, petitioner has sought for the following relief:-
“a) Quash the entire proceedings lodged by the respondent police in Crime No.169/2025 lodged by one Hansika D/o Venkatesh for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 78 , 85, 115(2), 118(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 and Section 75 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015 registered by the Respondent No.1 (Vide Annexure-A) so far as the petitioners is concerned and b) Issue any other order or directions and such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner – accused and learned counsel for 2nd and 3rd respondents – complainants have filed a Joint Memo duly signed by the petitioner, 2nd and 3rd respondents and their respective counsel and the same is taken on record.
