ORAL ORDER
In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:-
“ a. Quash the FIR filed by the Respondent No. 1 [Hosadurga P.S] Police in Crime No.446/2024 Vide Annexure-A Dated: 07.10.2024 for the offences punishable under section 353(2) of BNS C.C.No.668/2025 for the offence punishable under section 353(1) & 353(2) of BNS pending on the file of Prl. Civil Judge & J Hosadurga, Chitradurga District as per Annexure-F. as against the petitioner herein, to serve the interest of justice.
b. To pass any such other orders as deems fit to this a Court as per the circumstances of the case to meet the justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner – accused and learned counsel for 2nd respondent – complainant have filed a Joint Affidavit dated 25.06.2025 duly signed by the petitioner, 2nd respondent and their respective counsel and the same is taken on record.
3. Petitioner – accused and respondent No.2 – complainant and their respective counsel are physically present before the Court and they admit the contents of the aforesaid Joint Affidavi
