ORAL ORDER

2. It is the case of the petitioner that in terms of the Email communication, the transaction date and disputed amount is revealed and it is clear that the disputed amount is only Rs.2,000/-.

4. Taking note of Annexure-C and the disputed amount is only Rs.2,000/- insofar as Bank Account of the petitioner bearing No.50100421740089 maintained at HDFC Bank Ltd., Marathahalli, Bangalore, the Bank could mark their lien for Rs.2,000/- and order of defreezing would be restricted to such amount.

6. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
