"The petitioner Bank respectfully submits that the present petition arises out of impugned order passed under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC in OS No.26240 of 2019. The said suit came to be rjected as being barred by law vide order dated 30.10.2024 passed by the Hon'ble City Civil Judge, Mayo Hall, Bengaluru.
