ORAL ORDER
This petition is filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Cr.No.60/2025 registered by Kodihalli Police Station, Ramanagara District, for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b)(ii)(C) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’).
2. Learned Addl. SPP submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this case.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to approach the Sessions Court, since the charge sheet is now filed.
4. The petitioner had approached the Sessions Court during investigation. The learned Sessions Judge while dismissing the petition in Crl.Misc.No.508/2025 vide order dated 4.7.2025 has observed that the petitioner is not entitled for bail till the completion of investigation. 5. In light of the above, the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh petition before the Sessions Court. No opinion is expressed on the merits of the case.
6. Petition is disposed of.
