2. The appellants claim to be a hereditary trustees of the ancient temple by name "Shree Gali Anjaneya Swamy Temple. The appellants are aggrieved by the said temple being declared as Notified Institution in exercise of the powers conferred under Sections 42 and 43 of the Karnataka Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act , 1997. In terms of an order dated 08.07.2025, the respondents have taken over the management of the Notified Institution.

4. It is apparent to set out the extracts of paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 of the impugned order, which encapsulates the reason for the learned Single Judge to decline the interim relief:
