ORAL ORDER
In this petition, petitioners seek the following reliefs:
“Therefore it is respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire proceedings in CC No.315/2019 pending on the file of the Civil Judge and JMFC at Jagalur pursuant to the charge sheet filed by the 1st respondent police in Crime No.112/2011 for the offence punishable under Sections 406 , 409, 417, 420, 465, 471 and
34 of IPC , in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned HCGP for respondent No.1 and perused the material on record. For the order proposed, notice to respondent No.2 is dispensed with.
3. A perusal of the material on record will indicate that respondent No.2 filed the instant complaint which was registered as FIR in Crime No.112/2011 dated 24.10.2011 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 , 409, 420, 465, 471, 417 r/w 34 of IPC .
