ORAL ORDER

In this petition, petitioners seek the following relief:

" WHEREFORE, the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash the FIR and complaint in Crime No.74/2025 for the offences punishable under Section 189(2), 189(4), 352, 118(1), 115(2), 351(2), 74, 76, 191(2), 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 pending on the file of Prl.Civil Judge (Jn.Dn) And J.M.F.C Court, Tarikere found at Annexure-A and B registered by the respondent No.1 - Ajjampura Police Station, Bangalore, in the interest of justice and equity."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo dated 22.07.2025, stating that the petition may be disposed of as withdrawn, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet and entire proceedings, in the interest of justice and equity. The memo is placed on record.
