ORAL ORDER

1. The revision petition is filed against an interim order of maintenance dated 12.05.2025 passed by the court below in Criminal Misc.No.452/2020.

2. Office has raised an objection with regard to the maintainability that in view of Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act , 1984, the revision petition is not maintainable.

3. The said office objection is sustained. A memo is filed Court today seeking to convert the revision petition into a writ petition. The memo is taken on record.

4. The petitioners are permitted to convert the revision petition into a writ petition within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5. Accordingly, the RPFC is disposed off for statistical purposes.
