ORAL ORDER

In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

(a) Quash the Entire proceedings in CC.No.13557/2023, pending o the file of IX Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Bengaluru and Bengaluru Police against the petitioner She is accused No 2, for the alleged offence punishable under section 498(A), 324, 504 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code, in the interest of justice and equity.

(b) Pass any such order/s as may be Just and necessary in the best interest of Justice.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent No.1. Perused the material on record.

3. Respondent No.2/Defacto complainant having being served the notice of this petition, has chosen to be unrepresented and has not contested the petition.

4. A perusal of the material on record will indicate that respondent No.2/defacto complainant is the wife of one Thangaraju and the petitioner herein is the mother of the said Thangaraju.

5. On 08.03.2023, respondent No.2/defacto complainant filed the impugned complaint registered as FIR in Crime No.64/2023 against her husband Thangaraju-accused No.1 and petitioner-accused No.2 for the alleged offences punishable unde
