ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioners seek the following relief:
“To quash the FIR in Crime No.21/2022 for the offence punishable under Section 66 of Information Technology Act, Section 21 of Banning of Unregulated Deposit Scheme Act, 2019 and Sections 406 , 420 of IPC , on the file CCH-I City Court Complex, Bengaluru City, of Cyber Crime Police Station, which is produced at Annexure-A, in the interests of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners – accused Nos.1 and 2 and learned counsel for 2nd respondent – complainant have filed Application – I.A.2/2025 along with Affidavit of petitioners and Affidavit of 2nd respondent duly signed by the petitioners, 2nd respondent and their respective counsel and the same are taken on record.
3. Petitioners – accused Nos.1 and 2 and their counsel and 2nd respondent and his counsel are physically present before the Court and they admit the contents of the Application –
