ORAL ORDER
1. Petitioner is before this Court seeking anticipatory bail in CC No.53558/2013 pending before the Court of XXIX ACJM, Mayohall, Bengaluru, arising out of Crime No.399/2012 registered by K. R. Puram Police Station, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 381 of IPC.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3. Perusal of the material on record would go to show that FIR in Crime No.20/2012 was registered by Bethamangala Police Station, Kolar, for the aforesaid offences and in the said case, petitioner who was arrested was subsequently enlarged on bail. Subsequently, for want of jurisdiction, FIR was transferred to K. R. Puram Police Station Bengaluru and was numbered in Crime No.399/2012 and after completing investigation, charge sheet was filed and the case is now pending before the jurisdictional Court of Magistrate in CC No.53558/2013.
