In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

“a) Call for records in PCR 1/2025 on the file of LXX Additional Chief and Sessions Judge and Special Judge, Bengaluru (CC-71)

b) Quash the Complaint dated 09.01.2025 and the orders dated 17.01.2025 taking cognizance in PCR 1/2025 on the file of LXX Additional Chief and Sessions Judge and Special Judge, Bengaluru (CC-71) herein with annexed as Annexure 'B'.

c) Quash the proceedings in Crime No.17/2025 arising out of PCR No.1/2025 on the file of LXX Additional Chief and Sessions Judge and Special Judge, Bengaluru (CC-71) produced as Document No.

d) Quash FIR dated 27.01.2025 in Crime No. 17/2025 registered by the 1st Respondent herein with annexed as Annexure 'A'.”

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. SPP for respondent No.1 and respondent No.2 – Sri.D.Sanna Durgappa / party-in-person and perused the material on record.
