Though this writ petition is listed for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ group, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner in the above writ petition is calling in question the order dated 21.03.2023, passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Bengaluru, (‘the Tribunal’, for short), in Application No.5503/2021, dismissing the application filed by the petitioner herein.

3. The petitioner by name Sri.N.Ananda Kumara, working as Assistant Director of Land Records, preferred an Application in Appln.No.5503/2021 before the Tribunal seeking the following reliefs:-

“In view of the facts mentioned in para 3 above, the applicant most humbly prays that this Hon’ble Tribunal may kindly be pleased to:

“a) CALL for records from the Respondent in respect of the impugned Articles of Charge dated 16.10.2021 (Annexure - A23);
