ORAL ORDER

Sri. B. Pramod, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.1-University.

2. In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to pay the examination fees in respect of the failed subjects of I to VI Semester three years LL.B. Course in terms of the Fee Notification dated 03rd April, 2025 (Annexure-E) and to writ the examination scheduled from 16th July, 2025 to 05th August, 2025 as per the Time Table dated 05th July, 2025 (Annexure-F) by considering the representation dated 10th July, 2025 (Annexure-G).

3. Heard Sri. Virupakshaiah P.H., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. B. Pramod, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1.

4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the petitioner is pursuing three years LL.B Course in the respondent No.2-College. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not permitting the petitioner to pay examination fees in terms of the Notification dated 03rd April, 2025 (Annexure-E) in respect of the failed subjects in I to VI Semester three years LL.B Course and to appear in the examination scheduled to commence from 16th July, 2025 as per the Time Table dated 05th July, 2025 (Annexure-F). Therefore, considering the case of the petitioner, I find force in the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the respondents be directed to accept the examination fees along with requisite fine from the petitioner in respect of the examination scheduled to commence from 16th July, 2025 forthwith and to permit the petitioner to appear in the ensuing examination mentioned above. Ordered accordingly.

5. It is made clear that the present order shall not be considered as precedent for any other cases taking into consideration the peculiar nature urged by the petitioner to appear for the ensuing examination. With this observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
