This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated
06.05.2025 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal (for short ‘Tribunal), declining to grant impugned suspension order dated 29.04.2025 in No.DPG/BEMVI/BEMNA/HFWS-200FILE/e-1759239 passed by respondent No.2, which is produced as Annexure - A.
