ORAL ORDER
2. In support of the petition, the petitioner has contended that petitioner's wife has purchased Site No.101, carved out in converted Sy.No.22/2 of Horamavu, K.R.Puram Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk. She is in possession and enjoyment of the same. Her name is entered in the revenue records. On 19.01.2016, respondent No.2 filed a complaint against petitioner and 20 others in Cr.No.21/2016 of Hennur PS, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 343, 447, 323, 324, 326, 354, 427 r/w Section 149 IPC and after conducting investigation, charge sheet is filed.
4. On the other hand, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent No.1 State would submit that the land measuring 12 guntas in Sy.No.38/1B of Horamavu belongs to the father-in-law of respondent No.2.
