The present is filed by Accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking quashing of the proceedings in Crime No.0364/2024.

Today, learned Additional SPP, on instructions, submits that the charge sheet has already been filed. It is further submitted that, as per the wound certificate, respondent No.2 has sustained a head injury. In view of the filing of the charge sheet and the nature of the injury sustained by the complainant, no indulgence is warranted at this stage.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed Sd/-
