ORAL ORDER

In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:-

“ a) Quash the Complaint dated: 14.05.2024 (Annexure- ‘A’), and quash the FIR in Crime No.109/2024 dated: 14.05.2024 for the offences punishable Under Section 66 and 66(C) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, against he Petitioner/Accused which is pending on the file of the Learned 32nd Additional CMM Court, Nrupatunga Road, Bangalore City (Annexure ‘B’) and

b) Grant such other and further reliefs including the costs of this petition which are just and necessary in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.”

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl.SPP for 1st respondent as well as learned counsel for 2nd respondent and perused the material on record.

3. A perusal of the material on record will indicate that the petitioner was employed as Deputy Manager (Legal) in M/s.Brigade Enterprises Ltd., upto May, 2024. The 2nd respondent who is the Senior Manager – Security & Liason of M/s.Brigade Enterprises filed the impugned complaint against the petitioner dated 14.05.2024, which was registered as an FIR in Crime No.
