ORAL JUDGMENT
MFA No.7859 of 2018 is filed by the Insurance Company challenging the judgment and award dated 26.07.2018 passed in MVC No.1057 of 2017 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Chitradurga (for short 'the Tribunal'), whereas MFA No.8851 of 2018 is filed by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation.
