ORAL ORDER
The petitioner – plaintiff is before this Court seeking the following prayer:
“1. Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction quashing the Order dated 03.06.2025 passed on 1.A. Nos. 1 to 3 in O.S. No. 1007/2025 by the Court of the Civil Judge & JMFC, Krishnarajapura, Bengaluru District; vide Annexure A.
2. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus by allowing IA No. 1 to 3 filed in OS No. 1007/2025 pending before Court of the Civil Judge & JMFC, Krishnarajapura, Bengaluru District; vide Annexuree – B to D.
3. Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, including costs of this writ petition, in the interest of justice and equity.”
