ORAL ORDER
Petitioner is accused No.1 in Cr.No.373/2024 of Govindapura Police Station, pending before the learned XXVIII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Mayohall, Bengaluru, registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(6) of BNS, 2023.
2. FIR was registered against two unknown persons, on a complaint lodged by the victim by name Sri.Hasanasab Nadaf, wherein, he has stated that he is working as a zepto delivery agent. On 29.10.2024 at about 10.30 p.m., while he was going to deliver an order to a customer in HBR Layout, Bangalore, two unknown persons on a Dio bike, bearing Reg.No.KA-03-KL-6126 approached him and forcefully snatched his mobile phone and cash of Rs.5,000/-. They asked his account UPI PIN number and assaulted him on his head with a knife.
3. In the course of investigation, accused Nos.1 and 2 were arrested. The mobile phone of the victim, a chopper and the scooter were recovered from them. The petitioner was arrested on 01.11.2024. He is in custody. From the material placed on record, there is
