ORAL ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent-Assistant Commissioner, Doddaballapura Sub-Division, to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners in R.A.No.289/2017-18 within a time frame.
2. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits on instructions that the Assistant Commissioner will consider and dispose of the appeal within a period of 4 weeks.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent-Assistant Commissioner to consider and dispose of the appeal in R.A.No.289/2017-18 filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of
6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Pending Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand disposed of.
