Since, Sri A.C.Balaraj, learned counsel has filed vakalath for the petitioner, office is directed to delete the name of Sri M.B.Chandrachooda, learned counsel, who was representing the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the petition.
3. In the light of the same, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. In view of the disposal of the petition, pending application/s, if any, stands disposed off, as no separate order is required.
