ORAL ORDER

Office has raised an objection regarding maintainability of the petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition, with a liberty to file an appeal against the dismissal of his petition by the learned Sessions Judge, seeking anticipatory bail.

3. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal.

4. Registry shall return all the original documents furnished along with the petition including the vakalath, forthwith, retaining photocopies of the same.
