This revision petition is directed against the order dated 11th August, 2022 passed in RCA No.29 of 2009 by I Additional Civil Judge & JMFC, Hubballi (for short “the trial Court”), which is confirmed by the I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Dharwad sitting at Hubballi (for short “the Revisional Court”) in RR No.5002 of 2022 dated 20th March, 2025.
2. For the sake of convenience, the parties herein are referred to as per their rank before the trial Court.
