ORAL JUDGMENT
These two appeals are filed challenging the common judgment and decree dated 23.02.2019 passed in O.S. No.68/2017 clubbed with O.S. No. 246/2015 by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Belagavi.
3. The plaintiffs filed a suit against the defendant for partition and separate possession in O.S. No.246/2015. The defendant filed a suit for the relief of declaration and consequential relief of permanent injunction in O.S.No.68/2017.
One Sri. Balappa Bidkar was the original propositus. He was the resident of Beed village near Kolhapur in Maharashtra State.
