ORAL ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner is that despite several representations by the petitioner seeking information regarding the status of the acquisition in respect of properties in Sy.No.5/1 measuring 0-11 guntas, Sy.No.6/1 measuring 5 acre 9 guntas and Sy.No.4/2 of 1 acre 30 guntas situated at Gokarebachhenahalli village, Channarayapatna, Devanahalli, Bengaluru Rural District (Petition Schedule Properties), there has been no response from the respondents - KIADB. Hence, the petition.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner reiterating the petition averments submits that the petitioner has purchased the petition schedule properties after obtaining 'No Objection' from the respondents -KIADB. However, petition schedule properties were subsequently made subject matter of the acquisition. In this regard the petitioner made representations as per Annexures-H, J and K dated 17.06.2022, 29.07.2024 and 13.11.2024 respectively seeking progress of said acquisition. However, respondents - KIADB have not responded to the same.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 -
KIADB on instruction submits that if some reasonable time is granted, representations made by the petitioner will be considered and appropriate response will be issued.
4. Submission is placed on record.
5. Petition is disposed of. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 -
KIADB are directed to respond to the representations at Annexures-H, J and K dated 17.06.2022, 29.07.2024 and 13.11.2024 referred to above in writing within four weeks from the date of a certified copy of this order.
