Inspite of undertaking given by the petitioner that balance amount will be paid on 15.02.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner and the petitioner are absent and not made any payment in terms of the undertaking. However, the respondent was given liberty to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law and it is also made clear that if the learned counsel for the petitioner does not appear on the next date of hearing, the revision petition would be dismissed. Inspite of the said order, the revision petitioner is not pursuing the matter and has also not appeared before this Court and hence, in view of the order dated 17.02.2025, the petition is dismissed.
