This intra Court appeal is filed by challenging the order of the learned Single Judge dated 18.10.2022 passed in W.P.No.200130/2022 (S-RES), wherein the writ petition filed by the appellant was dismissed.
2. Brief facts leading to filing of this appeal are that, the appellant is an applicant for selection of posts of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Force (CAPF). The appellant cleared the physical test and thereafter, Detailed Medical Examination (hereinafter referred to as ‘DME’) was conducted, wherein he was declared as ‘unfit’.
