ORAL ORDER

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the prayer in the CRP has become infructuous, since the appointment of respondent No.2 as Muthavalli vide order dated 27.02.2017 was only for a period of three years and the term having come to an end, respondent No.2 is once again appointed as Muthavalli. At any rate, the CRP which is filed questioning the impugned order in Application No.4/2017 is rendered infructuous by virtue of the efflux of time.

2. Placing the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 on record, the CRP stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
