CAV JUDGMENT
These appeals are filed under Section 173(1) of the Motor Vehicles Act , 1988 (hereinafter referred to as ‘MV Act’). The appeals filed are as under:
ii) MFA.No.201993/2019 is filed by the Insurance Company and MFA.No.200376/2020 is filed by the claimants against the judgment in MVC.No.327/2016.
All these appeals are arising out of the common judgment and award dated 13.06.2019 passed in MVC.Nos.326-328/2016 by the III Additional Senior Civil Judge and MACT-XII, Vijayapura (hereinafter referred to as ‘Tribunal’).
