This Regular Second Appeal is filed by the appellant challenging the judgment and decree dated 16.02.2016 passed in R.A.No.165/2013 on the file of learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mysore, confirming the judgment and decree dated 04.03.2013 passed in O.S.No.1453/2006 by the learned IV Additional Senior Civil Judge, Mysore.
2. For convenience, the parties are referred to based on their rankings before the trial Court. The appellant was defendant No.1; respondent No.1 was the plaintiff and respondent No.2 was defendant No.2.
