2. For convenience, the parties are referred to, based on their ranking before the trial Court. The Appellant was the plaintiff, and the respondents were the defendants.
The plaintiff filed a suit against the defendants for specific performance of contract. It is the case of the plaintiff that, the defendants are the owners and possessors of the suit schedule property. On 10.04.2008, for family and legal necessity, they agreed to sell the same to the plaintiff for a sale consideration Rs.7,50,000/-, received Rs.1,00,000/- as an advance sale consideration, agreed to receive the balance sale consideration of Rs.6,50,000/-, and execute a registered sale deed in favour of the plaintiff conveying the ownership of the suit schedule property, and hand over the possession of the suit schedule property, wit
