Regular Second Appeal No.7058/2012:
This appeal is arising from the judgment and decree in R.A. No.19/2020 on the file of Principal District Judge, Gulbarga which in turn, arose from a judgment and decree in O.S. No.61/2005 on the file of Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Sedam. The admitted genealogy of the parties is as under:-
