CAV ORDER
The petitioners/accused 8, 16, 23, 46, 69, 71, 76, 77, 78, and 85 in Special Case No.741 of 2024 are at the doors of this Court calling in question filing of charge sheet and all further proceedings before the VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural registered for offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(b), 22(a), 22(b), 22(c), 27(a), 27(b) 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (‘the Act’ for short) read with Section 14 of the Foreigners Act and Section 29 0 and 294 of the IPC .

On the night of 19-05-2024 it is stated that the first informant receives credible information that there was a rave party by name of Vasu’s Birthday with the quote “sunrise to sunset victory”
