ORAL ORDER
In this petition, petitioners seek the following reliefs:
“Wherefore, the petitioners named above pray that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to set aside the order dated 12.07.2021 for taking cognizance and to quash the entire proceedings in C.C.No.896/2021 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 269 , 270 of IPC and Section 80 of Karnataka Police Act, which is pending before 1st Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Chikkaballapura, to meet the ends of justice.”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned HCGP for the respondents and perused the material on record.
3. A perusal of the material on record will indicate that the respondent No.2-complainant lodged the impugned complaint dated 05.04.2020 inter alia alleging that when he went to a farm house, he found the petitioners playing Andar Bahar game and cooking wild boar and were attempting to transport the meat at which time, the respondents are alleged to have apprehended the petitioner and filed the impugned FIR registered
