CAV ORDER
Both these petitions call in question communications dated 25-04-2025 and 02-04-2025 issued by the 3rd respondent respectively and the guidelines issued by the State Government in furtherance of the Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (Pre-paid Smart Metering) Regulations, 2024 (‘the Regulations’ for short) made by the Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (‘the Commission’ for short) concerning installation of pre/post paid smart meters.
