1. The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following relief:
"This Court be pleased to review the order dated 02.02.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.101231/2015 : (AIROnLine 2024 Kar. 1521) by allowing the review petition, in the interest of justice and equity."
2. This Court vide order dated 02.02.2024 in W.P.No.101231/2015 : (AIROnLine 2024 Kar. 1521), had observed that, the maximum extension that the petitioner could avail of the authorization granted in his favour under the Karnataka Essential Commodities Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as 'Control Order, 2016'), is for a period of ten years which had lapsed in the year 2007 and disposed off the petition.
