(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIJAYKUMAR A. PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 13.10.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.13581/2022, wherein the learned Single Judge has directed to conduct the joint survey.

2. The accused has filed compliance affidavit indicating compliance of the order of the learned Single Judge. The said affidavit contains notice, mahazar and the joint survey report.

3. In view of the aforesaid affidavit, there is compliance of the order of the learned Single Judge. Hence, the contempt proceedings are dropped. Liberty is reserved to the complainant to challenge the aforesaid report in accordance with law, if she has any grievance with the said report.
