ORAL ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. Memo reads thus:
"The petitioner most respectfully submits as follows:
1. That the petitioner has filed the above Criminal Petition seeking for anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Cr.No.515/2025 of Kamakshipalya Police Station.
2. That the petitioner does not wish to prosecute the present petition any further.
3. Hence, the petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above criminal petition, in the interest of justice.
Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above Criminal Petition and pass any other order deemed fit in the interest of justice.
In view of the memo, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
