Learned counsel for petitioner files a memo for withdrawal.
2. The memo reads thus:
"The petitioner submits that now the 2nd Respondent police have registered an FIR in Cr 48/2025 dated 30.10.2025 for the offences punishable under section 66D of the I.T. ACT and 318(4) of the BNS ACT , 2023.
Wherefore, the Petitioner pray that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to dismiss this petition as WITHDRAWN WITH LIBERTY TO FILE FRESH PETITION, in the interest of justice and equity."
3. In view of the memo, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed
