ORAL ORDER

In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:

"a) Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order quash the Summons bearing No in KSCPCR/0367/11/2023-24/2406 vide Annexure-D instituted by Respondent No.1 before Karnataka State Commission for Protection of Child Rights against the Petitioner based on the complaint dated 07/11/2023 filed by Respondent No.3.

b) Pass any other appropriate writ, order or direction as the Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant, under the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.

2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of, directing the first respondent to dispose of the proceedings, within a stipulated time frame.

3. Submission is placed on record.

4. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file pleadings, documents, replies, objections, if any, etc. before the first respondent/Commission which shall consider the same and provide sufficient and reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and conclude the proceedings in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

All rival contentions on all aspects of the matter are kept open and no opinion is expressed on the same.
